Myth #3: Supplements and probiotics are the answer.
Truth: If supplements were the answer you wouldn’t be sick anymore. And PROBIOTICS!?! Here’s the problem: if your digestive system is too acidic or too alkaline, it doesn’t matter how many probiotics you swallow — they won’t survive in a hostile gut (sorry not sorry). Healthy bacteria can only thrive in a healthy environment… which you don’t currently have.
